Incidentally, dating Anemone and having children is the only ending where she seems to reconcile with her mom. You then date Anemone so everyone who desires a relationship has one. Imo the best endings relationship wise are for Nomi & Rex to get together and Anemone & Vace to break up. Vace will get therapy and reconcile with Rex. Dys will neither bomb the colony nor run off, and be reconciled with Tangent.
